Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us a message on the contact page.
We will provide you with a return shipping label if we are responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the item.


Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made for a different item or size, subject to availability.
If the new item is of greater value, we will charge the difference in price to the original payment method.
If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the difference in price.

 

Please Note:

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
